What we clean

Four services, residential and commercial. If it is on the outside of the building and it has gone green, black or grimy, it is on this list.

In detail

Every job, matched to the surface

Cladding, concrete, timber and commercial sites all want different handling. Here is what each service actually covers.

House Washing

Soft wash treatment that lifts mould, lichen and road grime off cladding without forcing water where it does not belong.

  • Weatherboard, brick, plaster and cedar cladding
  • Soffits, spouting exteriors, joinery and window frames
  • Low-pressure soft wash so seals and paintwork stay intact
  • Treatment kills the spore, so regrowth is slower than a plain blast

Driveways & Concrete

High pressure surface cleaning that pulls years of oil, moss and black staining out of concrete, pavers and exposed aggregate.

  • Driveways, paths, patios and pool surrounds
  • Rotary surface cleaning for an even finish, no zebra striping
  • Oil and rust spot treatment where the stain has soaked in
  • Optional sealing quote once the surface is clean and dry

Decks & Patios

Careful cleaning of timber and composite decking that strips the green film without furring the grain.

  • Timber, composite and tiled outdoor living areas
  • Pressure dialled to the board so the surface is not scarred
  • Balustrades, steps and shade structures included
  • Prep work if you are staining or oiling afterwards

Commercial Exterior Cleaning

Scheduled or one-off exterior cleaning for body corporates, retail, industrial and property managers.

  • Building washes, carparks, loading bays and forecourts
  • Body corporate and property management programmes
  • After-hours work so trading and tenants are not disrupted
  • Health and safety documentation and insurance on request
How we work

Pressure is a tool, not the whole job

Fixed quotes

We price the job before we start. No hourly creep, no surprise line items at the end.

Surface first

Soft wash, high pressure or rotary cleaning, chosen by what the surface can take rather than what is quickest.

Tidy finish

Gear packed down, plants rinsed, surfaces checked in daylight before we call a job done.

FAQ

Got questions? We've got answers

Yes, when the pressure is matched to the surface. Cladding, paintwork and older joinery get a low-pressure soft wash with a treatment that does the work chemically. High pressure is saved for concrete and other hard surfaces that can take it.
